Our Fees

After your initial consultation, our legal fees are set at a flat-rate fee based on the immigration case type. Additionally, we offer our clients payment plans that support them financially. If a case is anticipated to last a year, we can sign you up for a twelve-month payment plan. If a case is anticipated to last two years, clients can be signed up for an eighteen-month payment plan. We allow our clients to choose the earliest date possible in which they can begin payment. It is our pleasure to provide clients with the flexibility they need before, during, and after a case.

Paying Your Fees Sooner

If you can pay your fees sooner, then your initial payment can be bigger and we can adjust the payment accordingly so you won’t have to pay for as long.

Victoria Winterberg

Ms. Winterberg’s law school experience began after joining the Law School Preparation Institute while being a student at the University of Texas at El Paso. She then attended law school at Washburn Univesity School of Law before formally beginning her career. 

Leveraging a unique cultural background and approach to law, Ms. Winterberg uses her expertise in immigration law to bring people together. She has extensive work in all areas of immigration law and has helped countless people win cases and thrive.
